Our product is a BtoB SaaS aimed at internal and external corporate secretaries and officers. With BoardiGO, boards and board management can go fully online in a secure manner.

Boardigo has developed a fully-featured solution covering all the steps of the Board  Management process. It allows the corporate secretaries and board members to operate at a maximum efficiency and saves time and money before, during and after meetings while maintaining compliance.

The product has a subscription model and is sold exclusively through agents.

Our customers are asset management companies, fiduciaries, auditors, accounting firms, law firms because they perform a lot of boards and are faced with productivity challenges.

Job Description

As part of our expansion strategy, we are looking for sales agents/distributors willing to develop the sales in his/her area.

Your package:

  • 30% commission in year 1 and 10% the following year
  • Online customer account creation and sales dashboard
  • Leads are redirected by BoardiGO to its sales agent
  • Marketing material and support
  • Technical and after sale support
  • Option: exclusivity

Your missions:

  • Identify new sales opportunities and potential customers, while building a sustainable customer base. You will be leading the process through research, contact, cold calls, cold emailing and meeting the clients (online or offline).
  • Compile, analyze and report sales and market data, while you will monitor and evaluate your sales performance
  • Determine the sales potential and make recommendations
  • Analyze the customer behavior and market trends, in order to meet the product demand and preferences. 
  • Implement efficient customer communication and feedback channels

Your Profile

  • Proven experience (1+year) strategically B2B.
  • Capable of engaging prospect customers around digital solutions/softwares.
  • Proactive, energetic, tenacious, accountable and a passionate individual with the ability to go above and beyond, always striving for success.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills - the ability to listen, understand, influence and inspire.
  • Experience in engaging with and developing positive and productive relationships.
  • The ability to understand the power that productivity and digitalization have in driving success for our future customers.
  • Knowledgeable of Fintech trends, including digital signature, sas would be an asset.
