Role Description
We're expanding rapidly - and we're looking for ambitious and connected Sales Executives to join our team on a commission basis contract, either part or full time.
As a Sales Executive, you will:
- Identify and develop B2B sales opportunities across retail chains, wholesalers, and online platforms in your country or region.
- Leverage your industry experience and network to open doors with key buyers.
- Represent a portfolio of fast-moving, high-demand perfume brands.
- Drive sell-in conversations with purchasing teams and close commercial agreements.
- Act as a liaison between RNEY Distribution and your local customers, ensuring strong long-term relationships.
What we are looking for?
- Proven track record in perfume or beauty sales within the European market.
- Strong network of contacts within retailers, distributors, or buying groups in your region.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written). Other languages are a plus.
- Experience in Middle Eastern perfume brands or distribution to Arab communities is highly valued.
