Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and target potential clients, retailers, and distributors to expand the company's wholesale network.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Product Knowledge:
Possess in-depth knowledge of our product line to effectively communicate features, benefits, and unique selling points.
Conduct product presentations and training sessions for clients.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions and opportunities.
Order Processing:
Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with clients to manage product availability.
Sales Reporting:
Generate regular sales reports to track performance against targets.
Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on sales data.
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the wholesale or footwear industry.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of the footwear market and industry trends.
