Warbble's sales team is growing and if you’re a growth-hungry sales professional who wants to help grow this tech start-up, then this could be the role for you. The right candidate, as a first five sales hire will be getting in at the ground floor and you have the opportunity to work your way up the ladder as high as you want.

We are looking for three highly motivated, enthusiastic and driven Sales Development Representatives. The SDR is responsible for prospecting activities, qualifying active buying interest, developing opportunities and closing sales. As an SDR you have huge potential to grow within the business and this role would be ideal for a proven junior sales professional looking for their next role in sales, giving you experience in a successful fast-paced start-up with customers across the globe.

Responsibilities
Identify and create new qualified sales opportunities from outbound leads by proactively cold calling, emailing and networking.
Act as the first point of contact with the customers conducting business dealings in a professional and proactive manner.
Qualify prospects through the qualification (qualify-in and qualify-out) stage process through profiling, research and overcoming sales objections
Plan and schedule online sales demos
Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified prospective opportunities to pass to management team to close
Achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities.
Work closely and collaboratively with Sales Representatives to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans
Work internally with sales management and marketing to ensure clear definition of targeted vertical

The ideal person will have:
Proven B2B sales/telesales experience preferably from within a software/solution environment
A track record of achieving monthly targets
A strong career in sales
Experience making outbound sales calls
Motivated by a target driven, high energy sales environment
The ability to quickly build effective relationships
An entrepreneurial spirit with a can-do positive attitude
Be extremely well organised and know how to prioritise
Excellent written/verbal communication
