DAVIDTS NV is currently looking for enthusiastic and motivated SALES MANAGERS / AGENTS / DISTRIBUTORS to join the sales team and develop the sales strategy in his country together with the company owner.
Your tasks as Sales Manager/ Agent / Distributor:
- Achieve growth and reach the predefined sales targets
- Writing and executing a sales plan together with the business manager
- Setting individual sales targets
- Analyzing sales statistics. Make sales forecasts and determine the profitability of products and services.
- Determine discount rates or special pricing plans.
- Develop and subsequently implement sales initiatives, strategies and projects.
- Identifying market trends and market shifts and keeping abreast of new products, developments and competition.
- Assist in building strong, long-term customer relationships by working together with them and understanding their needs.
- Understanding the ideal customers and how they relate to the products by identifying the quality of customer relationships and changing customer needs.
- Participating in trade fairs
- Resolving customer complaints related to sales and service.
- Working closely with the back-office team.
- visiting customers on regular bases
- Participating on sales meetings ( 2 per year ) through Europe
