Your Mission

We are looking for experienced and driven Independent Sales Agents to represent ELM Romania in key European and UK markets. Your goal is to grow our customer base and drive sales by building strategic partnerships in the B2B and B2G sectors.

You will engage with:

• Lighting distributors and wholesalers

• Municipalities and public procurement projects

• Electrical contractors and general builders

• Retailers and real estate developers

• Smart city integrators and energy solution providers

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage potential clients and partners

• Promote ELM Romania’s lighting solutions and value proposition

• Manage negotiations and close deals

• Coordinate with our in-house team for offers, technical support, and order fulfillment

• Provide insights and feedback from the market

• Build long-term relationships with strategic accounts

Your Profile

• Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in lighting, electrical, or technical products

• Strong network in your local market is a plus

• Comfortable selling to both private and public sector clients

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently

• Technically literate; able to understand and present product specifications

• Fluent in English; knowledge of local languages is an asset

• Willingness to travel when needed

Compensation

This is a commission-based role, suitable for freelance professionals or commercial agencies.
We offer commission for successfully cashed-in deals, along with long-term collaboration potential and support from a well-established technical and production team.
