We are looking for o a professional salesman with an entrepreneurial spirit, result oriented who will be responsible for developing sales in Hungary and Bulgaria.

The Successful Candidate Profile:

• For Bulgaria: the candidate should be located in Sofia
• For Hungary: the candidate should be located in Budapest
• Technical or Economic University degree (advantage Installations field)
• Business to Business Sales Experience
• Well established business contact network 
• Sales experience in hydro-thermo field (HDPE, PVC, PP, PPR, PEX pipes and fittings)
• Previous experience on similar position of minimum 3 years 
• Excellent negotiation, communication, sales skills
• Pro–active and business-oriented person
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Flexible and availability to travel across the country
• English language - written and spoken (Romanian - will be considered an advantage)
• Computer operating skills – MS Office (SAP - will be considered an advantage)
• Valid driving licence

 Main Responsibilities:

• Handle the sales of the company's products;
• Develop and maintain current customer network based on company’s business procedures and ethic;
• Responsible for achieving sales targets and objectives;
• Manage and follow the Company short-term and long-term business development plans;
• Manage and control all sales processes with full end-to-end responsibility;
• Prepare proposals according to customer needs and negotiate sales contracts;
• Fills-in correctly and in due time the daily/monthly reports (CRM);
• Ensure successful partnerships with the customers - contracts and customer commitments;
• Directly reporting to the Export Manager (located in Romania, Bucharest)
